JAMES G. POHLMAN

James G. Pohlman is a member of the firm. As a Patent Attorney, he has experience in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications relating to network devices, mechanical devices, memory management and access, and employment management software. He specializes in telecommunication devices, network devices, semiconductor fabrication, processor architecture, and software.

Previously, Mr. Pohlman was an Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, examined U.S. patent applications in Graphical User Interface and wrote office actions on patentability in accordance with relevant United States Code and respond to patent applicants arguments on patentability.

Prior to that, he was a Technical Advisor of an established intellectual property law firm in Houston, TX where he gained experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications and responding to office actions.
