Jorge I Negron-Garcia is a partner of the firm. He is skilled in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the electrical arts, including wireless communication technologies and devices, electronic circuits, memory devices, semiconductors, augmented reality devices and applications, and computer architecture.
Previously, Mr. Negron-Garcia was a Patent Attorney at an established intellectual property law firm in Cary, NC, where he prepared and prosecuted numerous patent applications in electrical and mechanical fields.
Prior to that, Mr. Negron-Garcia was a Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office at Patent Technology Center 2400, where he examined patent applications in the areas of video compression and image processing. Prior to his legal experience, he served as a Software Engineer, specializing in development of software applications, real-time operating systems, embedded systems, digital signal processing, Bluetooth, GSM, CDMA, and Motorola proprietary communication protocols.
