Maulin M. Patel Maulin M. Patel is a member of the firm. He is skilled in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the various technologies including wireless communications, mobile telecommunications, semiconductors, artificial intelligence (AI), machine language, neural networks, software applications, electronics and electrical circuits, encryption and security, mobile devices, and 4G and 5G technology.

Previously, Mr. Patel was a Patent Attorney at established intellectual property law firms in Washington DC and Virginia, where he prepared and prosecuted patent applications in electrical and mechanical fields and maintained full accountability for evaluating, drafting and managing all aspects of IP legal matters, including patent procurement, portfolio management, and litigation support.

Prior to that, Mr. Patel was a Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, where he examined patent applications in the areas of two-dimensional/three-dimensional (2D/3D) ultrasound imaging, image rendering and processing, and other medical devices.
